If you don't understand, you should reread the first few sentences of the blog entry, where I explain it fairly clearly.Fred93https://www.blogger.com/profile/04583267546571056988noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2211186543498959369.post-77123074978707298352009-07-21T20:30:28.723-07:002009-07-21T20:30:28.723-07:00Not sure what data you are using or if you underst...Not sure what data you are using or if you understand what you are showing. First, if you are looking at delinquencies, roughly 80% of delinquencies at LC are recovered. Their A loans have had Zero defaults - nobody investing in an A loan has ever lost money. The other loans are better, in that they pay more and default proportionatly less. I have 1600 loans on LC and I am averaging 13% returns - even with the projected defaults, the trend is towards an average return of 11.5% to 12.5%.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13624460419318694876noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2211186543498959369.post-71879169725642404992009-06-01T16:23:43.002-07:002009-06-01T16:23:43.002-07:00Hi,

You're not presenting anything useful that ppl can use to improve their return. I would find it more useful to divvy them up by credit grade or some other meaningful metric that would theoretically have a correlation with loan performance.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04882309819147852780noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2211186543498959369.post-42011115652800483152009-05-23T22:32:40.593-07:002009-05-23T22:32:40.593-07:00At least they look significantly better than Prosp...At least they look significantly better than Prosper.tomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14523496714557649644noreply@blogger.com
